I’m convinced now that everything we do is unhealthy. There doesn’t seem to be anything that doesn’t have a downside to it.

Take, for example, this story about the benign activity of sleeping with one’s pet. It’s from a Chicago CBS station’s website:

Sleep–we all need it, but we don’t always get it. Lately, I’ve had several stressful things to deal with, so I’ve trouble getting enough rest, so I found this article helpful. It’s from the The Independent in the UK:
