Sometimes I feel like my little blog is not very important compared to the news of the day. After all, the passing of Osama bin Laden is dominating the news on every channel I turn on as I post this entry. I don’t have much to say about that except that I feel somewhat relieved instead of joyous. Bin Laden was responsible for the death of thousands, so the world is a safer and better place now, in my humble opinion.
But more important to me is the fact that recently this blog passed a year of bringing what interests me to the Web on a regular to somewhat-regular basis. I apologize for not always being meeting my own schedule of posting something on a daily basis, but real life has gotten in the way sometimes.
It’s been a good year, and I want to thank each and every one of you who has read what I’ve been talking about.
